Dwell's GTFS editor builds a valid feed in your browser (free, no account, nothing uploaded) and downloads it as a standards-compliant .zip you can serve anywhere.

Standards

Feeds follow the published GTFS and GTFS-Realtime specifications and work with GTFS-compatible tools. The static bundle carries attributions.txt, and the agency's data license is stated with its feeds above.

Getting a feed in front of riders in Google Maps, Apple Maps and Transit is a registration, not a download: the guide for agencies says what each one needs and who does what.
